My name is Annette Broy. I am a Mother, Wife, Registered Nurse, Writer, Artist, Marathoner, Triathlete and Yogi lover. I have experienced midlife, menopause, madness & Mike to the extreme. I have spent 48 years trying to live up to others expectations at the detriment of my own health. In my struggle against my authentic self I made not only me, but those I love the most miserable. My physical and mental health suffered greatly. I share with you my journey of self discovery into what I believe is the secret to breaking through the burdens that we place on ourselves as well as breaking through the expectations that others have placed on you.
